Terms & Conditions


  1. We will make reasonable efforts to repair your product, subject to the availability of any parts required and the terms of any relevant guarantee or warranty.

  2. Maximum of 3 onsite call outs per month.​

  3. Each call-out not to exceed 1 hr 30 mins onsite. If the computer is not able to be repaired within time allowed, it will be taken to the workshop to complete the job and returned within 48 hours; subject to parts.

  4. Any hardware that needs to be replaced and fitted is subject to an additional labour charge, not covered under the monthly subscription. This will be quoted before work is carried out.

  5. If your computer was repaired at our work shop, we notify you when your product has been repaired, and arrange a suitable time to return it. 

  6. We are not responsible for claims or losses resulting from the non availability of your product.

  7. We are not responsible for your data or applications. Please ensure you have backups before handing over your product for repair/upgrade.

  8. Should a service require your product to be reformatted to factory settings, we will not be responsible for any data lost.

  9. You are authorising us to accept software end-user licence agreements on your behalf as necessary to complete the repair; to this end we will use the personal information you have provided to us in connection with this service. 

  10. Minimum Contract Term:  12 months. 

  11. The service will be provided by Xcell Solutions Limited, 342 Regents Park Road, London, N3 2LJ, Registered in England, No.8551861.

Additional Terms for Chargeable Repairs


  1. If the repair to your product is not covered by our guarantee or your service agreement you will have to pay for the repair e.g. hardware and additional software.

  2. We will make reasonable efforts to repair your product, subject to the availability of any parts required.

  3. We will advise you of the cost of the repair, before the repair is under taken. 

  4. Install and setup of new Computer - installing software or transferring data.

  5. Re-installing Operating system and backup of data.
